Confusion in AMERICAN wOooden cHurch doctrines teach just what you quoted HERE Nick.

Talk to me Nick I am all ears.

It's time to sharpen up YOUR sword because out of your mouth should be going a sharp two edged sword to smite all of these ememies(False Doc's)

You know I did the same thing? I wrote and spoke in the pulpit and as I did I actual began to hear myself.

It took awhile to see past my previous wOoden cHurch programing.

You have not read the post Nick if you think I can save myself by LAW.

You never answered any of the material I sent you.

You try to sound high up with your analysis and then say I am wrong wile stating I am right.

Hello Nick

You said it with your own mouth that we must not be worldly.

Now I am asking you again Nick(And I am not trying to hurt you)how can you separate from the world without using the LAW of God to judge between right and wrong?

This has nothing to do with failing or sinning because we all fall.

If you are separating from the world? Nick? By who's standards is this measured?

Your's? or the LAW of GOD's????????????????????????????????????????

The answer is that without the Law to bring guidance and order we can not even find our way to Christ.

Being justified by election does not exempt you from following the righteous moral principles of GOD called HIS WORD OR HIS LAW.

Sure we follow these Laws to the best of our ability and fall short, yet as we war against the flesh over time a person can become more Sanctified or victorious over the works of the flesh.

Start today Nick because the longer you think that you can't keep all of the Law you won't do any of it, philosophy, the less able you will be to rule your own household.

God commands you to rule your house well Nick.

Rule is based out of order or LAW.

I am not impressed with your delivery of specific passages as a way to show separating from the world is all done by God for a person while we can do nothing.

You and I must war against the flesh.

Why are you not warring Nick?

Could it be that without the LAW or judgment of GOD(Same thing)a person will be swept away?

The Law is Holy not evil and just because you fall does not give you the right to thrown in the towel over every little scuffle.

Come on we must toughen up in this war as good soldiers.

Don't stop trying to measure up to the standard (GOD"S LAW)

You are going to get your teeth knocked out by the devil without the rules or LAWS of the fight.

The Law is not evil as the AMERICAN people have been taught.

Don't throw the Law of God with the idea it was destroyed with Christ coming the first time.

That's throwing the Baby out with the bathwater.

I can explain more about the part that was abolished because Christ offered up once and for all.

But this is not a cop out to give up following the order of GOD(LAW)

Being Holy is a subject we should talk about not of ourselves yet we are required to war.

Happy ingathering belated

What's wrong with keeping Gods Law Nick, What wrong with loving the Law Nick that is not an unreasonable question among men.

What's wrong with you? Is what you should be asking God everyday. I do Nick.

I am trying to get you to open up Nick not beat you or bully you, I know you are able to stand up up a little friendly fire.

Why don't you Love the Law enough to keep it? That is all I am asking.

There is nothing wrong with the Law it is not evil.

I hope you can understand that I was just being very direct and not trying to hurt you Nick, come on snap out of it.

We are men now.

I just read your latest, I guess you're a morning person also.

Ok, let's see if we can do this some justice.

From what I can gather, you think there's something wrong with me if I don't agree with you (see earlier post). There's nothing wrong with me if I ask a few simple questions about something I disagree with, is there? That remark sounds alot like someone for whom this entire website was designed to expose. Please don't imitate him, I would expect much more from you.

"sanctification comes as you live righteously..."

Sanctification, as a divine process, belongs to God alone, through faith alone. "For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Eph. 2:10
If we (believers) are indeed "...called according to His purpose." then we have an assurance of this: "for whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son...". Since this is true, then: "Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called ("set apart-brought to faith-sanctified for salvation); whom He called, these He also justified; and whom he justified, these He also glorified." Rom. 8:28-30 Notice that all of the verbs in this section are in the past tense; "called-predestined-conformed-justified-glorified" Done and done.

You are certainly right that we are to separate ourselves from the world, this is surely our calling and God's sure accomplishment: "For this is the will of God, your sanctification..."1Thess. 4:3

Now, here's the rub:

You have stated quite passionately that we are to be sanctified by "living righteously" and that "by the law".
What do you do when you fail? What do you do when you break one of the ten commandments, and in doing so break them all?

You stated "I follow the Ten Commandments". You do not, and neither indeed can you.

If your response is to plead Christ, then Scripture (which cannot be broken) states in no uncertain terms that He is of no avail to you.

"I testify again to every man who accepts the circumcision that he is obligated to keep the whole law. You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace. For by the Spirit, by faith, we ourselves eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness." Gal. 5:3-5

Question for you, Mike: "This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect ("I keep the Ten Commandments" by the flesh?".Gal.3:2-5

"For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, ""Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them."Gal.3:10 By the way, that means to do them in such a way that God will accept them as righteousness, ie. perfectly. I'm not going to ask you if you do this for the answer would be rhetorical.

How are you actually sanctified Mike, how is it that you will live?

"But that no one will be justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for "the just shall live by faith." Gal.3:11

Big difference between law ang grace, so much so that they are mutually exclusive. You may not, according to Scripture, blend them. They are light and darkness, fire and water. "And we have such trust through Christ toward God. Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. But if the ministry of death, written and engraved on stones, was glorious...how will the ministry of the Spirit not be more glorious?". 2Cor.3:4-8

I respect you Mike, you have suffered more than any I've know under Stair. My older brother is still being held in bondage there. I admire your strength for fleeing from him because of his predatory tendencies, but if you keep his doctrine (and this is only an assumption of mine) then, quite literally, you never left.

From: The WORD of GOD
Here is what we are in for with God's coming KINGDOOM!!

The LAW is coming and Christ is the Law and is going to rule with a rod of IRON.

Iron Rule with the LAW who is Christ.

Isa 2:3 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths:

"for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem."

4 And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people:

God is angry with the Nations and He is looking for those who are going to prove their Love for HIM and not with this greasy grace formula where people can do anything they want like all of the works of the flesh while being saved unconditionally.

That's garbage and everyone knows it.

Right after the tribulation of those days........

Joel 3:15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.

16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem;

and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the LORD will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

When God utters His voice it is the thundering of Good Judgments or HIS LAW.

Out of HIS mouth Goes a Two Edged Sword.

The sword is HIS word, his word is the final say, HIS say are HIS LAWS.

Rev 2:16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

In other words what HE has told people to do is HIS Law or Rules.

My parents used to tell me when I am old enough to be on my own I could disregard their RULES or LAWS, but until then I was to do what I was told.

Rev 19:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called ""The Word of God.""

14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

THe word like a sword to smite the Nations.

To smite the Nations how?

With the judgment of right and wrong HE will cut them their portion with the hypocrites.

All Judgment is based out of THE LAW.

Rev 2:27 And he(Jesus) shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

Here we see that the body of CHRIST (You and I) are having Christ formed in us and will rule with Christ, yes iron rule, no LAW breakers.

Rev 12:5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

The Law shall go forth out of ZION.

We are not talking going back ward to animal sacrifices, snap out of it saints, the hour is much later than this.

Nick Wrote:

“Is it your intention to be made perfect, please God, and/or further your sanctification by an adherence to the Law?”

“By your comments and other posts it seems that this is indeed the case.”

The Subject of the Law is indeed an important one. Here is what Paul stated:

We are justified by Christ offering for our sins.

No man is justified by the Law.

We are saved by God’s undeserving favor through faith and that not of works

Or else men might start bragging.

Faith without works is DEAD.

Now then Nick is that clear or do I need to pull up the whole book of Romans?

Sanctification comes as you live righteously, separating from the ways of the heathens

and devoting yourself to what God has intended for men only.

So you are right part of sanctification is getting away from Pagan worship of other gods and their unholydays to acknowledge the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

But doing right does not save you because Christ has already done that, but it does show

God that you care about what HE has given You .(HIS WORD)

Also if you don’t do what you know to be right then you are not proving your love for

God’s Son Jesus. Many people say and do not.

Because you Love God you do what He asks because HIS commandments are not

Grievous.

Maybe now you can see why that not very many are going to walk this straight and

narrow way that Jesus said leads to LIFE?

Many are taking the wide path like Xmas, Halloween , fertility Bunny hollow-day

Rather than suffer any persecution for doing what is right.

If you suffer with HIM you will be like HIM and in HIM.

If you take the easy path of everybody’s doing it doing it so You are going to do it, You

have not “Come out of Her” meaning come away from the Roman system of religion to

the side of the Almighty.

Yes I am responsible for the deeds done in my own body so I am careful what I do and

Where I go. I will not go to a wooden church because they all keep the Pagan days and

as one little boy in hood asked me “How come I don’t come to his church?” And I replied

that I did go to his church but no more because that church does not honor God.

These churches let girls walk in with short short shirts and boys can wear long girlish hair

Half the congregation goes to bars, permits gays into their circle and on and on.

If you don’t think I should keep the Law Nick what on earth is wrong with you?

Jesus kept the feasts, Paul kept the feasts decades after Jesus rose. Peter, James, John kept the feast day before Christ, after Christ and while Jesus was living on earth.

Christians all, Jew and Gentile, or all spiritual Jews honored or acknowledged these days for hundreds of years.

These feasts were not kept to atone for their sins, they were kept with a thankful heart knowing that Christ had come and validated their HOLYDAYS.

Commemoration is the word.

Hi Nick

did this answer it for you? Or did you have another question about the law?

Some say you have to keep the feast days to be saved?

I have not heard that one yet.

Do you think that this is what I was saying?

I hope you got the answer but the Law is such a big subject many people have been confused by the wOoded cHurch philosophy.

As good Christians I have heard people say that keeping the Xmas days properly makes them feel good.

Does Xmas and Easter etc......... make you feel good about following the things of GOD?

See what I mean? or am I not on your question yet?

When you get time please rephrase any question concerning the Law.

Yes I keep the 10 commandments.

Hi Mike,

It's been real busy so I just got a chance to read what you wrote (among all the other stuff that got written in the mean time)

Ok, I read what you wrote but I can't see where you would have answered the question. Maybe I could be a little more specific:

Is it your intention to be made perfect, please God, and/or further your sanctification by an adherence to the Law? By your comments and other posts it seems that this is indeed the case. If this is correct do you understand the ramifications imposed upon you by the very Law you are intending to keep?

From: Ramifications?
Ramifications understood but the answer is NO!.

NO ONE CAN EARN THEIR WAY.

All who come to the law(Christ is the law) come to it so they can realize that.

Their are no supermen earning their way.

Yet would you go to a wkore house later this afternoon, and then say "it doesn't matter we are not under the law"??????

Let's say as a worldly man this is just what your sin was like and you were introduced to Christ one day who washed away all of your sins.

We will say that I was the one who showed this man the way to God and I told the man it was ok that it didn't matter if he kept going against the law because we are not under the law.

How totally insulting is this to our pure HOLY Savior.

People tell me that if he has to quit being a wkoremonger to be saved then he is working his way to heaven.

This is how mentally and spiritually paralyzed religious people's thinking about God is.

SO the answer is no! No one can please God without faith. Faith is what we need when we realize our inability as men to save ourselves.

But faith and grace plus the HOLY Spirit give us the power to overcome the pull of fleshly lusts that will destroy YOUR soul, if you continue in them.

You have the power as new creatures to do better, there is no excuse.

You must break off with the gods of this world.
